I’ve been thinking about making a pair of patch pants as I don’t want to wear a battle jacket in the middle of summer, but everytime I see a pair online people constantly attack the creator for “posing” as a crust punk even though they never claimed to be a crust punk or have crust pants. All I want to know is if there’s an actual reason or taboo for this or is it just a bunch of douchebags that don’t like seeing styles evolve past their original use?

Does anyone have any recommendations on the slowest, most despairing, and preferably less known bands (I’ve listened to most of the big names in funeral doom)
