Thank you for reaching out. We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the current issue affecting Spotify playlists not showing songs in djay for some users.
At the moment, based on the reports we are seeing, this appears to affect a subset of Spotify users in the US and also seems to impact other DJ integrations as well. We are hopeful the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
Our team is actively investigating this with the highest priority and is in close contact with Spotify. The issue has already been escalated on both sides.
We completely understand the frustration and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to help get this resolved quickly.
