Anyone know if the problem solved?

Looking for advice and help with this one.

I’ve been using Djaypro for few months and I am having trouble with few things.

1a. Headphone cue output plays out on Stereo/Channel unless I manually select channels decks 3&4 on settings for the headphones and even then, quite often it will need resetting a few times before it works. Doesn’t always happen but I found out the hard way when I hit cue on the first song and it played on maximum volume on loudspeakers while people were trying to enjoy their dinner. This issue has happened on my M1 MacBook and my new MacBook M5 fresh install.

If I have to route headphone cue to channel 3/4 for decks 3/4 on FLX10, what if I want to select deck 3 or 4 during playback. How do I cue it without blasting music out???

I’ve looked at the settings and there’s no other outputs for this other than nothing but then no sound comes out of the headphones. Driving me nuts.

I’ve updated flx 10 drivers and everything. This does not occur on rekordbox or serato.

If anyone has ever had this happen, did you manage to figure it out?

1b. Similar to above, if I select automix, it automatically outputs sound at max volume even with the faders all the way down. What the hell is that about?

2. The crossfader does not want to work. I feel so stupid asking this but how the hell do you get it to work? I can’t find the setting for it and I’ve gone through the manual.

Other than that, I love using djaypro and it is so smooth.

I recently did an event at work, using my laptop with djaypro and tapping into apple music since there was easy wifi accessible. Just curious what services you all use that allows you to download music to the computer... Thinking about getting back djing without having to depend on wifi or a hotspot. Thanks!

I have been using this software since the day it was released and I honestly think it's the best DJ software out there by a long shot. My setup is a MacMini M4Pro with 2TB SSD & 64GB Ram. I have a Pioneer DDJ1000 and running DjayPro. My MacMini M4 Pro is running macOS Sequoia 15.7.7, has anyone upgraded to macOS Tahoe 26.5 and will the DDJ1000 Audio Driver work with it ??????????

Spotify in DJay Pro has not worked for 3 days on any device. It can view playlists but shows there are no songs in the playlists. Multiple users are reporting this issue on their forum and there hasnt been a single viable solution provided. This is extremely frustrating for working Djays. I do have a native library but I host music bingo 3 nights a week and having every song i need for that in a native library is not feasible. I rely on spotify for this. I ended up having to subscribe to apple music until this is fixed. What the actual hell, man?

Thank you for reaching out. We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the current issue affecting Spotify playlists not showing songs in djay for some users.
 
At the moment, based on the reports we are seeing, this appears to affect a subset of Spotify users in the US and also seems to impact other DJ integrations as well. We are hopeful the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
 
Our team is actively investigating this with the highest priority and is in close contact with Spotify. The issue has already been escalated on both sides.

Hello guys,

I am a flex 4 user when I logged on today on Djay software and went to the Spotify tab it says there is no music? What is this mean? Is this a glitch or they removed Spotify?

Anyone else facing this issue?

In the regular Spotify app, you can download tracks for offline playback (assuming you have Premium). But when I try accessing them in DJay Pro offline, no such luck. I think we should be able to access them, what do y’all think?

Hey guys, so recently I get into Djay Pro and planning to subscribe for annual plan.

But the thing is I want to make the purchase through my Android device. Will I be able to access DjayPro content to my macbook as well?

I want to know this before I make the purchase.

Note: the reason I want to purchase from the Android device is that currently there are offer going on for Google Play (applicable in my country).
