wanted to know what's the best practice for implementing workday recruiting in terms of handling job applications from Legacy system to workday.

Do we prefer to get the data from Legacy system and perform an ElB in workday or if there is a better approach to tackle this.

We are moving into workday but do not want to lose the candidate data from the Legacy system. Hence wanted to check the best practice.

Has anyone tried the workday Microsoft Entra User provisioning integration?

We are trying to utilise the integration and follow the steps. But it seems that the main problem with that is we are not able to get the Active status for future hires.

We are not able to run the Get workers web service with future effective date. We are able to test the future dated run in studio but not sure how to run it via Provisioning agent in Entra.

Just wanted to check if there is any organisation or someone who has resolved this issue. We are hoping to create accounts for future hires to get it synced with other systems.
