I have had four years with Vivint and the same complaint. I never know when a package is delivered; the doorbell never rings through my phone, and when the lawn guy came, my cameras never notified me. They told me it was my phone, but I have upgraded my phone twice with the same issues; I stood outside ringing my doorbell, and nothing came through my phone. My cousin has Ring, and it tells her everything that is going on. I can't wait to be over with Vivint if I thought someone would buy all the equipment I would sale it all. Vivint is the worse!!!!
