We’ve recently adopted a red eared slider and just looking for advice and If anything seems out of the norm. I’ve noticed there’s shed but a slight discoloration. There is no sign of a respiratory infection. When we received her the water was a little too cold for her. Her tank is at a solid 77 and basking area at 89. I just feel like there’s a slight pink to under her arms and have started doing water changes more often( thinking the water is off). Does anything seem off to you guys or am I over thinking this? She does her couple hours under heat and uvb( that’s mostly where I feel I see pink). She’s eating like normal no pink in her under belly. She’s very active also.
