Bisalp commemorative tattoos? /tattoos that represent autonomy?
Hi everyone! It's been almost a year since my bisalp and it continues to be the greatest decision I made for my personal health. Like most of us I was terrified of surgery but it was so worth it. I've never felt so calm about my body before. I feel such a sense of autonomy. Obviously it didn't heal all my anxiety, but it definitely got rid of my pregnancy anxiety lol.
All that to say I want to celebrate with a tattoo! Who here has gotten a commemorative tat? Anyone creative want to help me? 😂I refuse to use AI even to brainstorm.
My one idea is to get femme sole on my hip. But idk if thats cheesy and also I read this really good article that made me rethink it.. (https://legalhistorymiscellany.com/2019/02/08/femme-sole-status-a-failed-feminist-dream/). But maybe we can reclaim the term?
