More than a month without meaningful support from Replit
I'm a paying Replit customer, and I would like to know whether other customers are experiencing the same problem.
I currently have three outstanding support tickets:
- #513132 — outstanding for more than a month
- #549489 — subsequently submitted and still without meaningful attention
- #551426 — subsequently submitted and still without meaningful attention
The first issue requires backend access, so I cannot resolve it myself. After more than a month, it remains unresolved.
When I contact Replit, I repeatedly receive the explanation that they are experiencing “higher than usual demand”. I understand that support teams can have periods of unusually high demand. But after more than a month, and with additional tickets also receiving no meaningful response, I think it is reasonable to ask whether this still constitutes a temporary delay or whether the support service is simply unable to provide support to ordinary paying customers.
I have specifically asked to communicate with a human support team member. Instead, I am largely communicating with Quinn, Replit's AI support system. When Quinn cannot resolve the problem and human intervention is required, I have not been able to get a human response.
I am not expecting instant support. I am not objecting to waiting 24 hours, several days, or even longer for a complicated issue.
But more than a month without meaningful human assistance is something different.
There is also an uncomfortable distinction in Replit's support model: direct access to support engineers is advertised as a benefit of the $100/month Pro plan. I'm not claiming that Replit is deliberately withholding ordinary support in order to make customers upgrade. I don't have evidence to establish that. But as a paying customer, I think it is legitimate to ask what level of support customers on the ordinary paid plans should reasonably expect.
So I'd like to hear from other Replit customers:
How long have you waited for a human response to a support ticket?
Have you had tickets sitting unanswered for weeks or months?
Has Quinn been able to resolve your problem, or did you eventually need human intervention that you couldn't obtain?
And has anyone found a reliable way of getting an unresolved support ticket in front of an actual Replit support employee?
I'm interested in actual experiences, including positive ones. I'm trying to establish whether what I'm experiencing is an isolated case or part of a wider problem.
For reference, my three current tickets are #513132, #549489 and #551426.
