A sneaking suspicion that i have.

We all know that there are essentially going to be three factions in irumas deportation arc.

The first and likely biggest being to stick to the standard rules and just deport him.

But there are also going to be factions that want him to continue his normal life and another one to keep him for experimentation.

I am highly concerned that irumas allies might become concerned about splitting the vote too much and they might end up voting for him to get deported in order to make sure that sanzu doesn’t get the legal rights to experiment on him.

What do yall think?

Please keep this spoiler light im only towards the end of the second book. But i have to know does Murphy ever become a better person?

Like i understand the strain it put on their partnership in the first book because he was withholding information that could harm her and she thought she needed.

But she is wildly in the wrong in my opinion in the second book. Like she literally beat and arrested him because someone asked him a question about a ritual circle and didn’t even give him a chance to explain before throwing accusations.

And even in the pit they are stuck in together she still thinks she can’t trust him and still thinks there is a slight chance he is involved in the murders. And it makes me even more made that Harry isn’t mad at her for saying all this bullshit.

She says that she wants trust from harry but then beats him and turns him into a fugitive over nothing. Does she not realize that trust has to go both ways in order for it to work? Like she literally turns her suspicion every time they are working on a murder case together just because he has magical means.

And she keeps talking about the deaths at the precinct but has not seemed to connect the dots that they likely would not have happened if she didn’t turn harry into a fugitive. Like she is so toxic and lacking awareness that it actually blows my mind.

I really don’t get why nobody else is concerned about this

So as we know merize spent about a year and a half in the netherworld but it started to take a toll on her body and it started with her starting to sleep a lot before her body eventually started to fail.

And ever since after the music festival iruma has periodically fallen asleep at random times but it’s portrayed as being cute. What if irumas body is starting to reject the netherworld the same way merize did but its just happening at a slower rate because unlike her he isn’t pregnant?I feel like this is going to come up during border patrol examination of him after he is taken into custody.

If this is the case then he is either going to have to find a magical object/ spell that allows him to survive in the netherworld. Or get some kind of blessing from a deity or get turned part demon by one of Baals experiments. Or maybe have it revealed that he is already starting to slowly turn into a demon due to how many netherworld nutrients he is taking in and the influence of derkilas mana.

Or maybe they can’t find a solution and why irumas allies actually stand aside and let him get deported 🤷‍♂️.

I need a little help.

So i brought my walnuts on a camping trip that i recently went on just to try to be more consistent about handing them. But i accidentally left a bag of ice in my car and my walnuts got soaked for like 4 hours. Are they ruined? They seem to have lost most of the progress that Ive made and now seem unevenly colored.

On another re read and felt like ranking the arcs in the first semester.

  1. Royal one acquisition arc
  2. First year battler party
  3. Enrollment arc
  4. Student council training arc
  5. Terminus exam arc
  6. Execution ball arc
  7. Demdol arc

Reasoning

  1. The royal one arc is really my favorite for three reasons. It was the first time we got introduced to irumean and it was hilarious and intriguing to see that side if him. It’s the first time that we really saw the misfits come together and we got to see all their strengths and personality traits. That and it just felt so strategic like the whole arc felt like a heist for some reason, but i loved it.

  2. I liked the introduction of kirio and how although him and iruma seemed similar on the surface they were actually had opposing motives and desires. That and we got a pretty extreme reminder that the netherworld isn’t a peaceful place and got introduced to the idea of returning to origins. We also got to see iruma utilize pandaroola mode and some nice cosy moments with him and his family. I also just liked how much iruma got into the whole club thing and trying to figure out what suits him.

  3. I usually don’t rank introductions this high but it did a good job of introducing the characters and the netherworld. There were also a lot of humorous moments where iruma kept standing out without meaning too that i thoroughly enjoyed.

  4. This one was really close to making third but alas it is in fourth. I liked all the talk of ambitions and what makes a demon a demon and this is the arc that we get a better understanding of ameri and she accepts her feelings for iruma.

  5. I liked this arc because it felt incredibly realistic as we know that iruma didn’t re have a proper education before going to babyls so he didn’t have any good study habits and he was still new to the netherworld so he had no familiarity with the material whatsoever.

  6. I liked this one because we finally start to see iruma think for what he wants for himself that and we see him grow closer to opera. That and i liked watching the final match.

  7. I found it entertaining but felt like more of a gag than anything else. Did like getting to learn more about crocell tho she is probably my favorite female misfit student.
