Question in the title but some background info: I’ve had braids in constantly for the past 2 years after cutting my sister locs and i want to start actually taking care of my natural hair. I tried a twist out and although this look isn’t bad it doesn’t look like how other 4c twist outs look. (like down , more like an m? idk how to describe it) I twisted with just leave in conditioner and water and i kept it in for 2 days before taking it out. I separated some but not all.
