Bali 8 Nights Itinerary Advice: Ubud - Nusa Lembongan - Uluwatu

We’re trying to balance **nature, culture, beaches, and activities** without moving around too much. Any advice is appreciated! Coming from USA, so we have a long journey.

**Day 1:** Arrive around 11:50 PM. Stay at a hotel in Jimbaran. Should we do Grab at this time, or should we do a hotel transfer / pre-booked private transfer?

**Day 2:** Wake up early to enjoy Jimbaran Beach. Transfer to Buahan by Banyan Tree at 11 AM. Explore the resort/jungle, relax, and have dinner.

**Day 3:** Spend half day in Ubud, and spend the rest of the time at the resort. Any advice on what to do in Ubud?
**Day 4:** Mount Batur sunrise hike at 2 AM. Afterward, rest and then visit Tirta Empul Temple and possibly Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Back to Buahan for dinner. Any advice for the cultural activities, or will we be too tired? Should we stick to only the hike?

**Day 5:** Transfer to Sanur and fast boat to Nusa Lembongan. We are thinking of staying in Batu Karang. Beach afternoon, explore the island, sunset and dinner. Are there any fun bars or restaurants to visit?

**Day 6:** Half-day snorkeling tour if conditions are good. We’re also considering a mangrove tour later. Spend the rest of the day exploring Lembongan/Nusa Ceningan and relaxing.

**Day 7:** Morning boat back to Bali and transfer to Uluwatu. Stay at Ungasan Clifftop Resort. Dinner nearby.

**Day 8:** Uluwatu day. Beach/pool in the morning, Uluwatu Temple, then the Kecak Fire Dance at sunset, followed by a final dinner. Leave for the airport around 9–10 PM. Our flight is at 1AM

**Questions:**

2027 Malibu Wakesetter LSV23 or 2026 Nautique G22

My husband and I are considering purchasing our first boat, and are torn between the above.

He wants to wakeboard and wakesurf, and I want to drive around with my friends, hang out, and swim. He’s not an expert by any means but wants to get more into it. The price we’re getting for the Malibu is $219k and the price we’re getting for the Nautique is $195k.

I am leaning towards the Nautique - I don’t know why. I like the colors they offer better, but my husband really wants the Wakesetter.

Does anyone have any experience or opinions? We are test driving both at the end of the month.
