I’m sure we’ve all had experiences where for some reason another man is insecure around you for whatever reason and tries to belittle you/project stuff onto you. This can be either with a job, or just in general. Can you tell some signs that guys have with this or an experience you’ve had?
I’m from south Louisiana and of course we have a very wide range of accents through my state. I personally never felt like I had an accent. I’ve been to other states and people are quick to ask if I’m from the south, sometimes specifically ask if I’m from Louisiana. My dad always tried his best to not make us talk like that because he said no one ever took him serious when we was in the marines and was in different states. Maybe it was just the 80’s idk. But what’s your honest opinions?

I recently went on vacation in Phoenix AZ and within 1 minute of talking to people I’d usually get a “where are you from” or some were able to specifically ask if I’m from Louisiana. Just thought it was pretty interesting to me lol. What do yall think of Southern accents/Cajun accents
