I was driving and everything was fine and dandy but then my rpm’s started to wobble when i accelerated and my car started to stutter and it wouldn’t get over 15 mph. When parked it would act like it was about to die and then the rpm’s would shoot back up 1.5. Video was taken when i was on the side of the road :) If anyone could help that would be amazing!!

Also the check engine light was on before this happened and when i read the code it was something with the cruise control.
