Valve stems leaking after powder coating

Hey y’all, I wanted to see if anyone has ran into their wheels leaking from the valve stem seals after powder coating?

TLDR: wheels were recoated 3 times due to coating issues, now all 4 wheels leak from the valve stem seals and goes flat within a few hours

To give some background, I had my 24 Civic Type R wheels powder coated in hyper silver about a month and a half ago. Had the wheels for about a week and the coating started melting off after the first wash. Used a non acid cleaner and it ruined the coating. Took them back to the coater and they redid the wheels again. Got them back and the wheels were totally flat AND the coating was 2 different colors on the wheels. I mentioned the tires being flat to the coater. After waiting a week I had them take them back a 3rd time to redo them again. After waiting about another week and a half (month and a half at this point) I got the wheels back. They look pretty good despite a few small imperfections but at this point I wasn’t going to nitpick them, I just wanted my car back. Got the wheels on the car and again, the tires had 5 psi in them. Filled them and they seemed to be fine. The next morning I took the car out and made it 4 miles down the road before my front drive went totally flat and my passenger was super low. Had to limp the car to my local gas station to make it home. At this point I’m tired of this coater and don’t want to deal with them anymore. I found the leak is coming from the valve stems on all 4 wheels. My question is do yall think it’s possible that they just left my stems loose or maybe the o-ring is messed up or the coating is uneven causing it to not seal.
