I just learned today that there is the option to view video while listening now. If I’m driving obviously my eyes will be on the road, however I believe this will enhance the overall experience! Love it
Not going to say where I work. Do not be this client. If you are going to reside out of our footprint, I suggest having another bank and means to make payments. This client called us to unlock his card. Normally we can help. He refused to follow our procedures (sending a code/verifying the code we sent). We have to protect ourselves as well. How do we know we’re not speaking with a fraudster. This protects us and the client. Flat out refused! Like????
