I have been waiting for a parking at Sylvia park where a car cut the line and took the parking . I told her that I had first dibs but she said sorry I have a baby .

I was like hmmm ok congrats but what’s does that have to do with parking especially if it’s not a Parent parking .

So question is does having a baby automatically give you high priority parking ?
