On my first day at orientation I worked register mostly my whole 4 hours and I got the basics down of how to make a purchase but sometimes a customer would ask to exchange and return or even for me to make an order to be shipped to their house for them, even uber orders were confusing. So if anyone can help me learn how to do this stuff step by step on the register I would really appreciate it 🥹. Also the zebras are a little confusing for me when I have to look up items for people too.
