more of a shire thing but the long temporary 50mph on the dualler around brechin area - are the average cameras calibrated for that? everyone’s speeding through including myself

Thinking of buying a multispace Berlingo to convert into microcamper. I understand I must declare removal of seats for insurance. I won't be removing them until about a month after purchase, so I'm wondering when I should declare the modification? When I buy the car and start insurance or once they're removed risking the company cancelling/increasing premium? Also did folks declare insulation as a modification? Thanks
