Did I buy a knock-off needoh? I googled after purchase and noticed that all needohs that look like this say “swirl” on the package

Hello! I come to you all seeking advice. I’ve grown these tomato plants from seeds. I did not think this plant was going to make it. It’s been so droopy the last couple of day. I gave this one some extra water and it suddenly perked back up today and then I noticed THREE mushrooms growing in the pot. Is my plant doomed? And please don’t worry I will be repotting asap! Had to wait for larger pots to arrive after previous larger pots arrived in bad condition (multiple times).
