Is Fiverr Still Worth It in 2026? Strange Gig Issues + Massive Drop in Visibility

I've been selling on Fiverr for years and was previously a Level 2 Seller, but recently I've been experiencing some very strange issues that have made me question whether Fiverr is still worth investing time into.

Here are a few things that have happened over the last couple of weeks:

  • A Gig video remained stuck in "Under Process" for an extended period.
  • Fiverr Support initially couldn't even see the video from their side, while it was visible in my dashboard.
  • I was unable to create a new Gig and Support later informed me that I had multiple paused Gigs.
  • The strange part was that those paused Gigs were not visible to me at all. Only after Support made changes on their end did they suddenly appear in my dashboard.
  • My impressions and clicks have dropped significantly despite regularly optimizing my Gigs.

At this point, I'm wondering whether these are isolated technical issues on my account or whether Fiverr's marketplace has changed dramatically over the past year.

I'm curious to hear from other sellers:

  • Have you noticed a major drop in impressions or clicks recently?
  • Have you experienced dashboard inconsistencies where Fiverr Support could see things you couldn't?
  • Are you still getting a steady flow of orders in 2026?
  • If you were starting today, would you still invest heavily in Fiverr, or would you focus more on Upwork, direct outreach, LinkedIn, Reddit, or your own website?

I'd love to hear honest experiences from both long-time sellers and newer freelancers.

Is Fiverr still worth the effort, or are you diversifying your client acquisition channels?

What do you call this type of service, and is there strong demand for it?

I'm considering offering a package that includes:

  • Complete website redesign/rebranding
  • Keeping existing content (or improving it where needed)
  • PPC keyword research
  • Creating dedicated landing pages for target keywords
  • Google Ads setup and conversion tracking
  • Lead automation (forms → CRM/email/Google Sheets, notifications, follow-ups, etc.)

The goal isn't just to build a website, but to create a complete lead-generation system.

For those of you running agencies or freelancing in web design/marketing:

  1. Is there strong demand for this kind of end-to-end service?
  2. What do clients usually call it when searching for it?
  3. Do clients prefer a one-time setup fee, ongoing monthly management, or both?
  4. Which industries tend to buy these packages most often?

I'd love to hear from anyone currently selling something similar.

Small business owners: in the AI era, having "just a website" is no longer enough.

A lot of businesses spend thousands on a website, launch it, and then wonder why it doesn't generate leads or sales.

A more effective approach is to build a complete lead-generation system:

  • A professional website that builds trust
  • Landing pages tailored to specific customer searches
  • Keyword research to understand buying intent
  • Google Ads and conversion tracking
  • Automated lead capture and follow-up systems
  • CRM integration so no leads are lost

The goal isn't to get more website visitors.

The goal is to turn visitors into qualified leads and customers.
