How many hours a week do you guys work outside of busy season?

Looking to switch out of public accounting, currently working in tax. Potentially exploring a wealth management role. Any recommendations for how to educate myself in finance for this career change? Podcast recs, books, news websites? Looking for some recs that are easy and interesting. Also, open to any and all advice. Thanks all!
