Hume Band - 3 weeks in and I already regret buying
I’ve been using the Hume Band for about 3 weeks now, and honestly, I regret buying it. The band constantly disconnects, and the stats are nowhere near accurate.
What exactly is the point of wearing a health/fitness band if the PRIMARY thing it’s supposed to do is to track your data accurately , doesn’t work?
And then there’s the ridiculous return policy. Apparently, they won’t accept a return unless the device is considered “defective.” So if the band works technically but gives you inaccurate data and constantly disconnects, I’m just stuck with it? Make it make sense.
I bought this specifically for the tracking and health metrics. If I can’t trust the numbers, why the hell would I continue wearing it?
Three weeks of frustration is enough for me. I’m extremely disappointed with the product, and even more disappointed with how difficult they make it to return something I’m clearly unhappy with.
Save your money. I definitely would not recommend Hume based on my experience.
