
Blocked account
I began receiving pop ups saying that my browsing activity had been blocked after I bought 2 upgraded tickets to a concert that I already had tickets to. When I contacted customer support, I received an email back saying that I violated their terms and could access previously purchased tickets but was banned from making future purposes, and that I could create a new account. Cool, whatever.
I have season tickets for Oregon football, which are only accessible through their 3rd party app, but requires you to log in to Ticketmaster to access them, which I’m now unable to do.
Has anybody had any successful solutions for a similar issue?
