What's with online pet breeders acting untouchable?

>I recently saw a content creator/breeder who publicly posted a chat with a potential buyer. The buyer was just asking for puppy photos for a future purchase. The owner told them it was a "waste of time" and they should just watch his vlogs. When people called him out in the comments for being rude, he doubled down and called everyone "emotional millennials." Is this the new norm for online customer service now?
