~2 weeks post-op from an open rhinoplasty + septoplasty. I’m already really happy with the improvement, but looking forward to seeing how things change as the swelling goes down. These pics are from day 10 (+ the digital morphs from my consult). Would love to see outcomes from anyone with similar features/outcomes!

My surgeon’s plan was: moderate dorsal hump reduction, moderate slope, dorsum narrowing, straightening, midvault narrowing, tip refinement/reconstruction, hanging columella correction, and alar base reduction.

Hoping my tip refines significantly, my bridge narrows, and my profile softens into a slightly more sloped (less straight) look, closer to the digital mockup.
