Do you experience throat tightness during luteal?
I’m really struggling right now. For the past 2 weeks I’ve had NON-STOP pain and tightness in the back up my mouth/upper throat area. I know it’s anxiety related and happens during my luteal even if I’m not consciously anxious but I’ve NEVER had it last thus long. I cant even focus on anything else and I know that makes it worse. Has anyone else experienced this? It spans from where where my soft palate meets my uvula down to the root of my tongue and top of throat. I guess the closest thing to it is the globus sensation but its higher up than that typically describes. It suck.
Anyone else deal with this???
