PAL's Shortchanged Service
It always feels like this airline is shortchanging their passengers. In as much as I want to be loyal with them, other airlines just give MORE despite having the same or sometimes cheaper airfare. I was recently onboard their B777. The seats are OLD and the cabin smells durian 🫢. The entertainment system is also jurassic and barely responsive. The food is mediocre. It seems like they always try to cut corners just to earn more profit. The members of the crew were lovely, though. The only reason I fly international with them is that NAIA Terminal 1 delivers more efficient service than T3.
