Now pwede nang magbook at makita ang resulta ng paghihintay for the annual GMMG. Please share your thoughts.

For me, di sulit ang paghihintay. sobrang mahal ng babayaran kaya siguro ang tagal nila ilabas ang promotion. Gets ko naman na yes hindi dapat sya icompare from last year dahil sobrang nagmahal ang fuel now, pero di pa rin makatarungan ang rates nila. Binabaan na ang mabuhay miles discount, tinaasan pa ng todo ang fees. For example roundtrip to Melbourne, I need to pay 24k pesos + 11.4k mabuhay miles. If I just knew, I would have bought the CebPac (low-cost carrier) ticket for 25K pesos round trip with checkin luggage last July, but I opted to wait for the GMMG.

Maybe I’ll skip this year for GMMG na muna. It’s not really a good deal for me. What are your thoughts?

Has anyone else experienced this with Philippine Airlines?

I specifically paid extra to select premium/preferred seats because I wanted those exact seats. But PAL keeps changing the seat assignment afterward. What’s the point of charging passengers an additional fee to choose a specific seat if they can just move you somewhere else?

I understand that sometimes there can be an aircraft change or operational reason, but if that happens, shouldn’t passengers who paid extra at least be moved to an equivalent seat or be refunded the seat selection fee?

It’s frustrating because you’re not asking for a free seat preference. You actually paid extra for it.

Just wondering if anyone can give me advice... If masyadong risky.
All domestic flights: Manila - Cebu - Catarman
Cebu - Catarman is 3x a week lang.
Manila - Cebu flight, if ma-delay, I need to wait for 2 or 3 days for the next flight. Iniisip ko baka hindi nga ako mapunta doon kasi mostly like puno na yon or meron mas mabilis na makakuha ng available seats.

What will happen if I don’t show up to my flight? I bought an international ticket but forgot to add the suffix Jr to my name. I paid 100$ + miles for it. It costs 150$ to cancel and 200$ to correct the name. So i decided to just buy another ticket since it’s just 100$ (+ miles).

Anyone visited the Makati or Cubao ticketing office today to book for GMMG for their companions?

How is the crowd po? How long did you have to wait for your turn?

The Alimall Cubao site should be open tomorrow. I'm deciding pa if dun na lang ako since super hirap maka connect sa phone. Pag maka connect naman, down daw ang system nila.
