Scent help

Okay, so I've been trying to come up with scent profiles for some characters, but I can't seem to come up with any that would blend together well, and I would really appreciate the help.

Alpha/Omega pairing 1: Small family businesses; alpha's family runs a coffee shop next door to the omega's family's bakery, childhood friends to lovers vibe. Alpha has a scent profile that's like stepping into a coffee shop/ Omega has a scent profile of stepping into a bakery. I know I don't want the omega's scent to be super feminine, but it could be semi-sweet, like dark chocolate and zesty orange, but it should lean more into baked goods. Basically, no florals; this stands true to almost all the other omega scents as well. So far, I know that the alpha has a scent of roasted coffee beans, and that's it. The only request for alpha scents is no alcohol or tobacco, as they are in almost every scent combination I see.

Alpha/Omega pairing 2: childhood friends, golden retriever alpha/black cat omega, opposites-attract vibes. All I know is that the alpha's scent should be warm and inviting, while the omega's scent should be cold and icy but still complement each other nicely. Preferably, the omega's scent should be more dominant.

Alpha/Alpha fem: CEOs of different rival companies, rivals to lovers. Blanking completely on this one, so any scent combinations/profiles are welcome.

Beta/Omega: childhood best friends, arranged marriage, runaways, royal and bodyguard/knight. This one could lean a little more feminine and floral, but nothing like being punched in the face with a bouquet. Though once again, I'm blanking, so any scent combinations/profiles are welcome.

You can probably tell I'm writing this at 2 AM and only have 1 or 2 storylines fleshed out, but yeah, if anyone can help me come up with scents, that would be great.

If anyone wants to know why no floral scents for the majority of the omegas, it's mostly due to the fact that I don't like having male omegas smelling like they got doused in perfume, or smelling like Bath & body works/lush. Just a personal preference; also irl the floral scents they put on things irritate my nose; even just imagining it causes a reaction.
