Argument with a friend

Weve been playing this game on vacation called paperboy. I told him that its a platformer, while he says otherwise. His argument is that its not a platformer because it doesnt have a jumping mechanic, while i argue that the ladders and rope replace it. What do yall think? (Its a built in LG TV game for anyone wondering 😭)

10 hours in and got spoiled bad

I searched up what age the mc is and of course, gemini, told me that “at the time of his passing hes 17”. Now i feel no reason to even continue the game since i know this. Might be exaggerating, but is it really that bad? I am almost in june fyi. I know its my bad, but i fell for the age old trap 😭
