Pay rate changes

It’s a bit weird when you accept a contract for a certain amount and then they go ahead and change it after accepting. I recently accepted an offer for $1k per task (the tasks are vigorous as hell) but after accepting, they changed it to $900. I know it’s not a big change but I don’t appreciate the inconsistency

One week on Reta and I-

Started Reta last week and I went with a really low dose (0.25mg) just to see how I react and I just want to say I’m so impressed. It impressed me because I didn’t notice it at all, I didn’t notice my appetite being suppressed, but whenever I would eat or snack I would stop earlier than I normally would and I somehow still didn’t notice it. I didn’t have the hollow feeling ozempic gave me at all. I didn’t have the weight loss feeling (lol I don’t know how to explain it but it’s a thing). I didn’t alter anything. I’m usually a gym girl but I didn’t go to the gym the whole week because I got so busy with work. I thought clearly that dose didn’t work for me until I climbed the scale and saw I had lost 3kg and this is after 8 days. Reta my bestie, I’m so impressed. I would not doubt you again 😭😭🥹

Shady reviewers

I’ve been a reviewer on previous projects so trust me, I understand both sides. That said, I’m on a project with periodic task drops. I’ve noticed some reviewers might just be sending back tasks so they always have something to come back to and work on, for easy hours. I inherited some tasks and worked on the previous comments, submitted and the reviewer added other comments that weren’t there in the initial take over. In my head I was like that’s weird, why did it have to go through two rounds? I still gave the benefit of doubt that maybe a TL caught it and passed it to the reviewer. The biggest one for me was a task sent back because I missed a comma. A comma. Mind you these are really long tasks. Not one of those that take 20 or 30 minutes. So it’s a lot of writing. No praise, no positive comments, just hey insert a comma here. Tf 😭
