I know I can’t paint my nails but can I do like minimal eyeliner at work and also isn’t McDonald’s required to give a break if you work a certain amount of hours?

I was right next to the office working back drive and I’m just standing there working and I hear some noise and she walks out and she just says “I just fucking fired in calling my fucking mom” and I look over as she storms out the office and dosent clock out this was yesterday morning she’s still clocked in
