If I turn down a re-rental studio because I want a 1 bed, will I lose my log #?

I was recently contacted to tour a studio apartment re-rental in a building that I was on the waitlist for, but have changed my mind and am hoping for a one bedroom. If I turn down the studio apartment, will I still have a chance to be called for a future 1 bed opening in that same building?

Skinny Bedroom Layout

Hi there! I am currently in the process of moving apartments, and I am figuring out how to lay out my new bedroom. The room is rather skinny, and I’m wondering if I can comfortably fit a long dresser and a desk. Very flexible on both! I figured I can always add a large mirror above the dresser if I go the route with no desk, or I can just try to maximize my closet space if I choose no dresser. I mocked up a couple different versions of the room— let me know thoughts or any other ideas!
