High potassium on RETA

Anyone else have a similar experience? Went to urgent care because I knew I had a uti so just needed to verify with a test and get some antibiotics. They did some blood tests, one being potassium and mine was 5.5!
My potassium has never been high. I have no symptoms with it being this high but I know if it keeps going up I’m in trouble. I have already lowered my dose but really don’t want to get off because I’m seeing so many benefits other than weightloss. I have had bad arthritis in my hips and knees and that has improved 80%! My endurance seems to be better. I don’t get out of breath as much. Just walked up a mountain today (6miles round trip) and could talk the whole time! Has anyone had this happen and was able to lower their potassium without stopping RETA??

Has anyone found going up and down on dose once they have reached their max works good for them? Currently went down to .75mg from 1mg because it seemed too high for me by week 2 of being on 1mg but 2 weeks on .75 and I’m not having any affects. So I thought maybe I would try to alternate the .75 and 1mg?? I use Shotsy and the way it stays in your system and builds, I don’t seem to tolerate staying on 1mg every week.
