Has anyone here used an Apple Watch (cellular) with Spectrum Mobile?

I’m thinking of adding mine but I’m not sure if it’s actually worth it. Is the setup easy or kind of a hassle?

I just joined Spectrum and need to pay my first bill. Does anyone have the automated phone number handy? I’d rather use the keypad than wait for a representative. Also, are there extra fees for paying over the phone?
