I need to clarify since it’s not apparent in my last post. I do not throw. I do not like throwers. I do not encourage throwing. “Idc throw to drop his WR%” was more of an over exaggeration for the lengths of depravity that I’m nearly to the point of being okay with to get something done about the state of Adam in the current meta.
2 weeks ago and as of the last 2 days all I see are Adam players talking about how bad he is this season. It actually does us no favors that all these big Rivals streamers keep putting him in A or B tier despite the fact almost NONE of them play him. Most of them probably don’t even know he lost 15% of his healing last season. SPREAD THE AGENDA #BUFFADAM. Whine. Complain. Shitpost. Hell idc throw every ranked game if it means tanking his WR% to the point that he may actually get buffed. (Do not throw games that is just an over exaggeration of my desperation and it seems to have rightly so upset people I do not throw games I promise😭)
I’ll preface this is just a ranked question and idc if you’re bronze or OAA player what’s your preferred team playstyle when you play Adam? What enables YOU to play your best on Adam?
Idc if it’s dive brawl or poke personally I play my best with an overly aggressive team could be a Thor Thing Hulk that’s getting wild or maybe both DPS are off angling, flanking,or straight up playing dive. When I play Adam I seem to be (can’t blame em) the biggest target for teams so when my team is aggressive it allows me to play hyper aggressive as well ,which I love. The picture above is a game from last season and a good example of a team comp that I like to play in.
5 minute ranked match. 15-3-15. 10,650 heals. 8,929 damage. 2 huge ults to win both rounds.
Where is your rage?! Removes his anchor with Luna that was really good. Loses the 15% bonus. Gets no buff to counteract the loss. Given an insulting team up ability with a character that is played just a little as him and even if you do get a Storm it’s a pointless ability. Still only has 250HP. New support gets giga buffed, gets free value with no aim, and multiple abilities that sustain. Other off supports either provide better kits or recently got buffed. If 8.0 doesn’t buff this dude I will probably disappear off this game again like I did for nearly 6 months until they buffed him in 6.5. I like how hard he is, the skill floor needed,and skill ceiling he has but I genuinely feel bad sometimes playing him and swap off cause I don’t wanna be the reason randoms lose. I shouldn’t have to play out of my mind like my life is on the line to get half the value that most other supports get with half the effort
