Quick Play shows a want for people to play Adam, but a lack of strength in his kit to be played out side of QP

Sorta what the title says, but this show a lot of people actually want to play Adam his pick rate is pretty high compared to competitive, the biggest conclusion to be drawn is people like him he is likeable either in character or in kit, but just isnt good right now and that hurt please net ease buff him

Tried to tell yall

2 weeks ago and as of the last 2 days all I see are Adam players talking about how bad he is this season. It actually does us no favors that all these big Rivals streamers keep putting him in A or B tier despite the fact almost NONE of them play him. Most of them probably don’t even know he lost 15% of his healing last season. SPREAD THE AGENDA #BUFFADAM. Whine. Complain. Shitpost. Hell idc throw every ranked game if it means tanking his WR% to the point that he may actually get buffed. (Do not throw games that is just an over exaggeration of my desperation and it seems to have rightly so upset people I do not throw games I promise😭)

Wait dps Luna is actually really fun!

I started dpsing on a team where everyone insta locked dps because I was being petty ngl but I ended up liking it and I’m trying to do it more

What if cosmic cluster could heal and life stream is given a longer cooldown

I saw someone on TikTok suggest this to make Adam more viable in a 2-2-2

Basically Adam’s primary fire is the same (but I wish he had less fall off) and then his cosmic cluster can heal teammates. The cool down reducer for cosmic cluster would be removed except for the headshots and possibly given a longer cooldown.

I think Adam’s biggest problem is he doesn’t fit in the standard 2-2-2 meta so by given him a healing ability that isn’t on cooldown would allow him to be more viable.

My only problem with it is I love to spam cosmic cluster into chokes so this change would make that less effective at choke crowd control

I'm crying. So much for that massive advantage his large head gives us

Can yall be quite about "indirect buff" and actually help our golden boy get a real buff

This annoys me so much

When I revive my team by a health pack (on purpose), I expect one of them to grab it. Preferably a Vanguard. I have been revived by an Adam. So I know what its like. You get to see exactly where you are being revived. You SEE the health pack! Yet you still avoid it like its the plague. Then wanna cry about heals when a health pack helps Life Stream prioritize heals. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

Devil Dinosaur. It has Pros and Cons with Adam.

Dude got a bigger head the Jeff, lol. Mantis and Adam (idk if anyone else have it) have critical reduce cooldowns. So they work perfectly when it comes to healing a lot faster. The downside is, you get less ult energy. 🥀 They should be exempt imo. 🤷‍♂️

I know its shi- but its my shi- opinion

Imagine if we had a gambit like HUD to decide if a heal is going to be for a whole ally or for all allies. Idk if im getting clear.

You press Cosmic Healing, and two options appear in screen, a whole but unique Heal, to heal yourself, to heal a tank or the main support. Ooooor a spread heal, like we already have.

I would like if we had more control of what or how we are healing, ourselves or the team, just to have more control, is not a healing buff, you heal the same, you just decide how MUCH you want the heal to spread.

Ik is a shit rework and that would break adams basic concept of healing the entire team but not fully, but If we had this we could survive more dives in the backline without separating the team only to heal ourselves, and we could heal the tanks more Quickly.

My opinion on dive players as an adam warlock main

I play a lot of support, mainly adam but ive also got lord luna, sue, rocket, and ultron. So i think im inclined to have an opinion on things. As most people know support players are rather whiny when it comes to dive. Constantly begging for peel and getting characters like bp, ironfist, cap and others gutted. But in my opinion? I believe Dive is good for support players. I wouldn't be half as good as i am on adam or just the support role in general if it wasn't for dive players. I don't need peel (most of the time) because ive learned the counters and ins and outs of all the dive heroes and in turn, that made me a far better player. I cannot STAND it when my support duo is saying things like "we need peel" because just WHO exactly is WE? Maybe instead of playing luna into bp you should switch to someone with more survivability? But i digress. The point is, thank you dive players, you encourage us support players to have to think. And whether we like it or not, you guys are good for us and for the game as a whole. Especially in an era of pokeslop. Except dd and thor players, respectfully i hope your characters get gutted soon. They are beyond broken.

Adam doesn’t need buffs, Main supports needs nerfs and reworks.

Hey guys,

We all want Adam to be reliably played in double support comps, and the simple solution is nerfing / reworking main supports! The meta has been Sustain for 8 seasons, and reworking sustain ultimates to offer more utility rather than raw heals would solve that issue. And also slightly nerfing main supports primary healing would help solve this too. So not only Adam would be played more, other off supports would also be played more in these two support comps. And Rivals players would actually have to learn how to position better instead of relying too much of their supports to keep them up. Less heal bots solves the game.

Of course I would love more Adam buffs, like quality of life changes that makes him more enjoyable to play. But I more importantly want to just play him without my team being in a disadvantage because the other team is running Gambit and Invis. What do you guys think?
