I am new to this, where do I start to convert my vacant house to an investment?
I used to live in a small house on a mortgage for 14 years before moving out to a bigger rented property.
My plan was always to sell and buy another house.
Rethinking about it, with the current ltv being 40%, I would like to look into renting it out.
I would like it to be managed by a company rather than in my name.
Where the company may be able to refinance and get another mortgage to buy another house.
Where do I start? I feel that I have big plans, but don't know how to execute.
