What does this mean? Looks like polyp to me

I had a colonoscopy done and was relived when Doc told me everything looked good. Then I see the pic of my colon and saw what looks like a polyp. I asked doc for clarification and he said “That's the appendiceal orifice and it is inverted slightly due to the suction of the scope”.

Anybody else have this happen also? I’m still having symptoms so I’m concerned it is actually a polyp. TIA!

Do anal fissures always hurt?

I had a colonoscopy a few years ago for blood in stool. Colonoscopy was clear, and was told my bleeding was most likely from a chronic fissure. I don’t really feel pain with the fissure if at all. It’s itchy at most. Every few months or so, I’ll have blood on TP when I wipe and in my stool.
