Hello, i am considering taking advantage of the capella university tuition reimbursement opportunity to pursue my bachelors in Information Technology - Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Im thinking i would do the flex path.

Has anybody done this successfully and can speak to the experience? Is it worth it?

Do you apply for the program first, and then submit tuition reimbursement request? Should I talk to my direct supervisor first before doing any of this? Does it truly cover all costs of the program, including books?

Im worried I will commit to this and then mess it up by missing a step.
