This is my first time using Infomaniak Events, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

This is the event:

We are currently facing several serious issues:

• We cannot edit the ticket prices.
• We cannot edit the event description.
• Every time we click the “Manage” button, the platform returns an error.
• We cannot download the list of sold tickets.
• Support has been practically nonexistent.
• The platform has several usability problems and technical errors.

These are basic features that should work properly, especially for an active event with tickets already being sold.

Unless this is resolved by the end of the week, we will move this event, as well as all our future events, to another ticketing platform.

This has been a very poor first experience with Infomaniak.

Has anyone experienced the same issues or knows how to solve them? Can someone from Infomaniak please help?
