Thinking about building a tool for NZ small business owners looking to open a business (restaurant, tattoo shop, cafes, etc.)

The idea: you enter your budget and business type, and it shows you which suburbs have low competition, decent foot traffic, and affordable commercial rent — basically help you find the sweet
spot before you commit.

Would this actually be useful? Would you pay for it?
What would make or break it for you?
