We are moving out after living for 24 months in this 1plus den condo, my kid scribbled the walls in living room with crayon which i couldnt fix it. Upon landlord visit they sent me quote for 1700$, i am wondering what the law here. I agree the mistake of intentional paint damage my kid but 1700$ is too much. Can anyone advise what are my options here
