I cannot recommend Brides for a Cause enough if you are trying to budget and I also want to add some tips for larger beautiful brides to be

I found my dress today. I’ve been struggling with my weight. I thought I wanted a big ball gown style because I thought a form fitting dress would make me uncomfortable. It was the opposite. I tried on the first mermaid style and cried because I FINALLY felt pretty. We asked the girls at Brides for a Cause if they had anything else similar and gave me this beauty. They were so helpful, so knowledgeable. They gave me tips on bustles and alterations. They even Gave me tips on veils and even how to style them, and I walked out with my dream dress a fraction of the cost. My two words of advice I could ever give, try on the dress you’re nervous about. Worst case you say no, best case it was meant for you. Second if you don’t feel like pretty in a style you’ve tried over and over again, don’t search for it. Wedding dress shopping is hard don’t beat your spirits down trying to find the right one because it was right in your head while also sweating and clamoring to try on dressed 😂😘🥰

($10-12k) if you have a Brides for a Cause near you, it is a total game changer

One of the things I was most nervous about was my dress. I couldn’t imagine spending thousands of dollars on a dress. There was an azazie pop up and I was so excited. I HATED it. I felt so ugly in every dress. To be clear I’m much heavier than I would like to be right now. The other girls that were there all looked beautiful so don’t count them out if you’re looking but it felt chaotic, crowed. I was really disappointed and heart broken today we went to Brides for a Cause. It was recommended by my best friend after she got her dream dress there after her best friend recommended it to her after finding her dream dress there. You get the whole Bridal store feeling. It’s mostly bride lead and people you bring can help shop too. These dresses are all donated by large dress companies for multiple reasons. You get the huge mirrors you actually have a ton to pick from. I found my dream dress for 1/4 of the original price. It was only 800 out the door. The girls at the shop were so helpful. So knowledgeable. I cannot recommend it enough.
