So, I bought the 4 in December. Had to get a replacement due to hardware causing battery issues.

I was sent a scratched replacement IN A TINY ZIPLOCK BAG. (I could see this being okay IF I’d had issues past a year…but it’s been LESS THAN 7 MONTHS!) They couldn’t send a new one??? Totally unfair for the price I paid.

I don’t even know if it’s worth keeping my subscription cause I’m clearly not valued 💀
