Help me choose the best location for my third city: 1, 2, 3, 4 or something else?
I think 1 makes the most sense from the monopoly perspective, but by being so close to my capital it leaves too much place for the Celts. Don't know how big of the deal is coastal city vs defensive positions of 4 and Victoria Lake (but I play Portugal so maybe coastal?). Location 3 seems better but then there is a barbarian camp.
