Hold on guys

Shorts and creditors will drain you to maximum, they design daily candles so you sell your shares.

It is them or you. If you kept so long to such a low level keep it and don’t sell it to creditors now! Creditors accumulate!

Don’t lend your shares for a fee in your brokerage account, shorts will use your shares against you.

My broker emails me to lend my shares, I think fuck them, and delete their request with joy!

ALERT !

Moderators banned me from this forum for holding my position about NFE!

Don’t sell at these levels, it is very very low. If lower set your buy order and accumulate !!

What is next?

Living a normal life

Done averaging down, my last order was filled at $0.4

I sold some of my other investments in my Roth IRA and bought some more NFE stock, the smallest position of all my all orders though

I never expected to buy the ultimate bottom, my goal was to buy in at below 0.5 level

The beauty of investment is to buy at the knee level and sell at shoulder level, never aim the top and bottom, you never make it

What will happen to the price now is less of my interest although I would like it to stabilize rather then going down

I will wait years for this investment to turn positive and hope new NFE will pay dividends as Wes announced on his company call

Good luck to all of you and thanks for interaction

PS:

Don’t allow those negative to talk you down

Don’t lend your shares to shorts when you hold them in your broker account, shorts are not allowed to take new short positions below 0.5 level, the only ones making selling pressure are those who sell their holding, shorts must borrow shares, don’t lend it, fuck them

And you?

Accumulate and hold it, and never lend your shares ever again

Shorts deleted my posts “buybuybuybuy..”, for the record I posted it at the end of a day.

They banned me, don’t give up your shares. And don’t lend them never.

Peace and so long

Why I feel happy

Because all what I wanted happened

Since the announcement of the restructure plan I paid attention to all developments

Creditors first vote approved
UK court plan 1st hearing approved
Shareholders vote approved
Creditors final vote approved
UK court plan final hearing approved

What is yet to come

US court on June 26, this is just a formality, believe or not do a research for the procedures.

After

Final restructure completed as scheduled.

I set my entry and achieved it, I could have taken more risk and broken my large order for lower levels but after consideration I did not take a chance and opt for my level at $0.5, I was actually filled below.

This was a long journey of almost 3+ months. I made a decision to enter when price broke $1, but was waiting. Made averaging down and my last trade was the largest.

I decided not to chase the price but waited for the price to come to my chosen spot. It did.

Along the way there were many nay sayers that each of the milestone would not be achieved and they really pour hesitation into my thoughts in this time. All they said was wrong so far.

Now the price declined, it is temporary until the engines turn on as scheduled.

Peace.

Shaking the tree in progress

Hold on to your shares people a wild ride ahead of us! They want your shares now, deal is approved !

They are after your stop losses so they take your shares. I told you no stop loss below $0.5 people.

Some will throw in the towel because of the good news brings the opposite, some weak hands give away their shares. Price decline will be relentless once tree shaking takes effect, don’t give them your shares and average down if you have some cash for a good entry, your choice.

Reverse split expectations

Why some hope for a price decline after a reverse split RS?

Reverse Split is not a dilution. It is a share conversion. A share conversion to the upside in nominal value.

In a split the price has a tendency to decline since there is more supply of shares vs demand. In a reverse split is less supply and more demand.

So some people may have borrowed the expectation of a split and extended it to a reverse split. Confusion implies here.

The only argument here for the price decline is that shorts have more room to run to depress price. But the whole playground change for shorts after reverse split - smaller float, higher price, less shares to borrow, exponentially higher cost to maintain a short position, new institutional investor ability to enter investment, supply shock and inability for borrow new shares to open new short positions, and positive outlook, support of the change as we all see it from the last known creditors vote 97%, today’s release shareholders vote all above 94-98%.

So why some insist for a price decline after RS?

Because in their comments they mix RS with dilution. They do it intentionally to confuse retail for their own benefit.

RS implementation will axe shorts or limit many and leave only those who can still afford to hold on.

A lot of people may be confused here

Reverse Split (RS as some abbreviate here in comments) is not a dilution, it is a share conversion.

Dilution is when your stake (number of your shares) in Enterprise Value (EV as some abbreviate here) gets chopped for with more shares like a round birthday cake due to a new share issuance in addition of all outstanding shares, therefore your percentage of EV stake gets smaller.

So please don’t use RS in your comments when addressing dilution without mentioning 65% preferred stake.

Not a recommendation just a thought

Just had some views exchange with ocubens.

So my thoughts came to a point.

Many here are still holders of NFE and on a loss.

Why not just average down to the price level within a probable price overshoot on a positive news? Also, no guarantee there will be a positive price action on news. This is just a positive assumption.

I don’t know your positions and you would have to calculate how to make this strategy to eliminate some of your losses.

Example, if the price overshoots and close above $1 just for the sake of the example. How much and at what price level you would have to be filled to eliminate let’s say 30% of your current loss. Also at what price level to enter is important to not to be coughed off guard.

This is hypothetical assumption on a positive development.

The coming UK court decision is still a binary outcome.

Peace to all.

For those who hold or want to own

Response here to some questions by some:

Some say here what if there is still a dilution ahead of us for 65%, the question is what if dilution is not priced in?

So my answer would go like this:

I have a hard time to believe that creditors still want 65% dilution, there is not much money in that 65% for creditors by going downside. Creditors would benefit x times more if the stock would actually go up so their stake would gained value far beyond by going to the upside then to the downside. Just look at the market value of the remaining common shares today, merely $140M. If they lower it by 65% what is their gain? $91M in market cap! If 65% is coming after RS the market cap would have to drop to $49M, today $140-65% we get $49M market cap. And how much actual money is there to be made by lowering market cap by $91M, tradable value is far lower than $91M because very low liquidity and massive slips. Plus after RS liquidity be even worse. This cannot be their aim, up to $91M is too little gain anyway for billions involved!

There is another question by some:

What is the low price for commons?

So my answer would be:

Who knows? But,

Price levels $0.38-$0.4 below is not an investment for many institutions so institutions are out, below is a penny stock territory

Price level $0.5 below is not a trade for new shorts because of broker rules and exchange rules change below $0.5, check your broker

Price levels $0.4, $0.45 are whole numbers that may make new levels if $0.5 won’t stick

$0.44-$0.5 is the sweet spot for the conversion in this deal for all large current holders, do your math

Volume sucks from $0.55 below and larger orders have larger price slippage, not a good environment for big fish here now, unless iceberg orders are used

There is 2-3 days left for this trade before window closes on UK court date June 18th, I don’t know what will happen after this date

There is a question by some but rather a harsh statement that Wes is blah blah blah ...

So my answer is:

Every new company must build first to see results, the management overbuild and succeeded but at the cost of commons who bought during that phase. Most new companies face similar challenges. Usually commons suffer the most and even sometimes bond holders loose, but this situation is unique, commons receive some value as specified in a deal, especially those who buy low, I mean very very low.

So the question is, is it low now?

My answer to this question is make your bet for the coming days or leave forever!

Today is the day I waited for 3 months

Today I have increased my NFE positions, my order filed! Filled below $0.5!

I was waiting for this price level since the price hit $0.8

I have increased my initial position ~ 14x times

My average is $0.5323

I’ll keep it until my retirement!

Thank you !

Today it happened

Today we hit for the first time $0.4965

Level $0.5 breached, how much lower we may go from there? Or maybe this is the lowest that we can get at most?

Is there hope?

Price seems to be suppressed for too long, I worry that even after RS the bear party may linger for longer..

Community is there to communicate and talk

Posting a release from a company website or some local news related to company operations is not news, I can search it myself.

What a community here is about is to communicate and talk about difficult questions and analyze TOGETHER. I feel alone here and yet thousands see my posts!

Some commentator told me to go to AI !?

I can not f…king believe this answer!

This community hates AI! Wasn’t it the reason why one guy was banned here for using it?

So please anyone with human intelligence here to help me out or join my posts?
