I found the problem I just have no clue what it’s called. It’s a fan thing that is right behind the passenger side wheel, for context I hit a median and I need to fix my car

my service tire pressure monitor came on and this fan thing behind the passenger side wheel is spinning and making a ton of noise. Can anyone tell me what it’s called, how to fix it, what I need to fix it, and how much it will cost.

I need 139 assignments done by Wednesday, will a bot do this ?

I have no clue how much a bot will cost or how much work it’ll do in a day, can someone shine some light on this.

I have a 2013 Chevy traverse Lt and I don’t know what’s wrong with it

so today I was trying to leave a dark parking spot at night by a lake so there was zero light, I messed up and drove over a median a skinny one that was in the middle of the road, I know I messed up so if your just commenting to say that DNI, what I’m really asking for is what do you guys think I broke, I’m 18 and not very car savvy and i literally just got this car like 2 weeks ago. It’s making a rattling noise on the right side of the car, and it says “ service tire “ something along the lines of that. If yall have any
Ideas PLEASE help me out.
