To start off I took what I was told by my advisor was an online class of phycology 201. I completed all my work on time. I got A’s on every assignment including my papers. The day grades were due I was given a 0/80 for participation. I emailed my professor with no response until today where she said I didn’t attend any zooms and this was a “learn anywhere” course and I would have had to be in the zooms for points. This dropped my grade from an A to a B. There is no where in the syllabus that says a day or time to be on zoom. How was I supposed to know when I was “supposed to be on zoom” if it’s not in the syllabus.

Then when I emailed her supervisor to basically say hey this is what’s going on, I feel like this needs updated, etc I got an I’m out of office until June 1st email.

Can I contact someone else? Am I the one that’s in the wrong?

Does anyone have any insight to when it will be back up. I have a paper due tomorrow I need to be able to see the rubric refer back to it etc. I saw the email that said there was a data breach but that was it. This is a huge project that I need to work on and canvas has been down for “scheduled maintenance” for hours. Seems like a really bad time for it with it being finals week
