Need recommendation on fantasy books with good prose based on my reading list.

I need a recommendation on fantasy fiction with good prose. I've read many fantasy books, but there are only a few fantasy books that scratch my need(itch) of good prose.

Of the many books I've read, I regard the following books with prose that got me hooked and urged me to re-read them many times :

  • The Lies of Locke Lamora (The Gentlemen Bastards series).
  • The Name of the Wind (+ The Wise Man's Fear).
  • Blood Song (The Raven Shadow Book 1).
  • Mistborn Series.
  • A Wizard of Earthsea.

I would like to include Lonesome Dove. Even though it is not a fantasy, it has great prose.

One of the things I like about some of these books is that even though they are long, they encourage slow reading, which lets the reader appreciate and soak in the story.

I’ve recently also started reading Empire of Silence (Sun-eater) and The Book of the New Sun.

Edit: I included the Mistborn series (even though they are not known for very good prose) because I read these books during the initial phase of my Fantasy reading journey. The books got me hooked on the story so much so that I ended up reading the whole trilogy in one week.

[Unsouled] In the whole book when Suriel gets report 'Beginning report… Report Denied' but then report continues even though it was displayed as report denied.

In the whole book when Suriel gets report 'Beginning report… Report Denied' but then report continues even though it was displayed as report denied. Is their some sort of information which author is hiding for following books in the series?

Note: I've just started the series and am on book 2, so if it's information for future books I can understand.
